When people think of "fitness" or "being fit", the mind generally tends to think of physical fitness first, which is completely normal! But your health and fitness go far beyond outward appearance. You can exercise all you want, but if your mental health is lacking, chances are, you won't be reaching those physical goals with any kind of ease. If your mental health is great and you're exercising regularly, but your nutrition is not on point, you are far less likely to see physical progress. I believe your health and fitness should be addressed as a whole to include your mental health, emotional health, and physical health in order to build the body you want and do it in a way that allows you to simultaneously build the lifestyle you want! This approach enables you to continue past any "diet phase(s)" you may have gone through before and reach LONG TERM GOALS rather than a short-term appearance.

Available for purchase are personalized 6, 8 or 12 week programs which would include a complete workout regimen, weekly check-ins, and full access to me throughout the process. In addition, basic nutritional guidelines along with meal ideas, snack suggestions, and other nutritional recommendations will be provided. Lifestyle Programming includes all of the above in addition to a customized macro-based nutrition plan!
